      Hi KIWIWARD,

we can combat the effects of aging – makeup and botox and cosmetic surgery and so on.
but we cant reverse aging in our cells.

      Dear KIWIWARD
      thanks for your brilliant question
Scientific findings now suggest that nutrition may be able to turn back the clock – at least a little bit. so it makes you look younger. a pioneering doctor implants a compound that lengthens the telomeres in your cells. Within 30 days, there is a systemic reversal of your age-related pathologies. Not only are you functioning like a much younger person, but youโ€™re inquiring about birth control as your sexuality and fertility has also been restored. With your telomeres lengthened, you now can expect to live longer in better health, with the wisdom to avoid the bad habits that caused you to degenerate in the past.
      hope this helps ๐Ÿ™‚
      thanks
      Ahmed

There have been recent discoveries in mice showing that transfusions of blood from young mice actually makes old mice more youthful or even younger. Since blood transfusions are common in medicine, this should be easy to test. If it does work, that’s when the research into how it works starts!

Reversing ageing is not yet possible but we can delay the ageing speed somewhat. Two cells can age differently if exposed to different conditions (say for example smoke or sunshine make a cell age faster) so a healthy lifestyle will help in looking younger for longer. Then of course when everything fails botox and plastic surgery are there to help! ๐Ÿ™‚
