      It’s not expressly forbidden in any physical law suggesting it could be done. One method that should work would be to have one end of a wormhole near a high gravity object (which slows time) and the other in free space. This allows the two ends to be separated in time. There are issues with this approach but theoretically it could work. As for actually building one, that’s going to be sci fi for a long time!
